1. This Order may be cited as the

B & I Line Act, 1991

(Section 7) (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 31st day of January, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which

section 7

of the

B & I Line Act, 1991

(No. 29 of 1991), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 30th day of January, 1992.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order, made by the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, appoints the 31st day of January, 1992 as the day on which
