S.I. No. 233/1992 - Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) Order, 1992.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) Order, 1992.

(2) The Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders, 1979 to 1991, and this Order may be cited together as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders, 1979 to 1992.

2. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Order, 1979 (

S.I. No. 192 of 1979

).

3. The First Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the insertion of the following entry in Part I

Wild Birds

Open Season

Curlew

From the 1st day of November, 1992, to the 30th day of November, 1992, both dates inclusive.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to add the curlew to the list of huntable species for the 1992/1993 Open Seasons Order from 1st November to 30th day of November 1992 both dates inclusive.
