1. This Order may be cited as the

Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990

(Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 5th day of June, 1992, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990

, shall come into operation.

(No. 34 of 1990), hereby order as follows
