1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Operation of Air cargo Services) Regulations, 1992.

2. Article 3 (inserted by the Air Services Authorisation (Amendment) Order, 1976 (

S.I. No. 201 of 1976

)) of the Air Services Authorisation Order, 1966 (

S.I. No. 95 of 1966

), is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (

j

) (inserted by the European Communities (Sharing of Passenger Capacity and Access to Scheduled Air Service Routes) Regulations, 1991 (

S.I. No. 53 of 1991

)) of the following paragraph

) air services operated in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 294/91 of 4 February 1991.".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of these Regulations is to implement Council Regulation (EEC) No. 294/91 which lays down rules for the operation of air cargo services between Member States.
