1. This Order may be cited as the
Bord Glas Act, 1990
(Establishment Day) Order, 1990.

2. The 22nd day of March, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the
Bord Glas Act, 1990
(No. 1 of 1990 ).
GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of March, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
