1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) Regulations, 1990, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1991.

2. Schedule I (inserted by the European Communities (Agricultural or Forestry Tractors Type Approval) (No. 2) Regulations, 1988 (

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Regulations implement the type approval provisions of Council Directives 89/680/EEC, 89/681/EEC and 89/682/EEC relating to roll-over protection structures of agricultural or forestry tractors.
