1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Order, 1990.
2. Rule 2 of Part II (inserted by the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Order, 1989 (
S.I. No. 55 of 1989
)) of the Second Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Mercantile Marine Fund) Act, 1898, shall, as respects the year beginning on the 1st day of April, 1990, have and be deemed to have had effect as if the reference in that Rule to 7 voyages was a reference to 6 voyages.

), hereby order as follows
