1. This Order may be cited as the

National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990

(Establishment Day) Order, 1990.

2. The 3rd day of December, 1990, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

National Treasury Management Agency Act, 1990

(No. 18 of 1990).
