shall come into operation on the 29th day of November, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into effect the provisions of Part III of the

Social Welfare Act, 1989

, which imposed a liability on the spouses of certain social welfare recipients to contribute towards such payments, from 29th November, 1990.
