Section 15

of the

Social Welfare Act, 1990

shall come into operation on the 29th day of November, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into effect the provisions of

Section 15

of

Social Welfare Act, 1990

, which amends the provisions of Part III of the

Social Welfare Act, 1989

relating to the liability imposed on the spouses of certain social welfare recipients to contribute towards such payments, from 29th November, 1990.
