1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Forms) Order 1990).

(2) The Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to 1987, and this Order may be cited together as the Companies (Forms) Orders, 1964 to 1990.

2. The form set out in the Schedule to this Order, or a form to the like effect, is hereby prescribed as the form to be used for the purpose of

section 12

(1) of the
