S.I. No. 215/1990 - European Communities (Trade With Iraq and Kuwait) Regulations, 1990.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Trade with Iraq and Kuwait) Regulations, 1990.

2. A person shall not, after the date of the making of these Regulations, contravene Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2340/90 of 8 August, 1990.

3. Without prejudice to any statutory provision, a person who contravenes Regulation 2 of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to—

(

a

) a fine not exceeding £1,000, or

(

b

) imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
