1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Magazines) (No. 2) Order, 1990.

2. (1) The maximum price at which a magazine mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order may be sold shall be the price mentioned in column (2) of that Schedule opposite the mention of the magazine.

(2) This paragraph shall come into operation on the 9th day of August, 1990.

3. The Maximum Prices (Magazines) Order, 1990 (

) is hereby revoked.

Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965
