S.I. No. 132/1990 - Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1990.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1990.

2. Article 3 of the Health Services (No. 2) Regulations, 1983 (

S.I. No. 139 of 1983

) (as amended by article 2 of the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1989 (

S.I. No. 113 of 1989

)) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£16,700" for "£16,000" in sub-article (2) (a).

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Health Services (No. 2) Regulations, 1983 by raising the income ceiling from £16,000 to £16,700 which limits the extent to which services provided under

are available to certain persons.

Health Act, 1947

section 72

of the

Health Act, 1970

(No. 1 of 1970 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
