1.—Section 2 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954, is hereby amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (2) (inserted by the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1986)

“(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1992, and shall then expire.”.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1990.

(2) The Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1986, and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1990.
