1. This Order may be cited as the Mackerel (Restriction on Fishing) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 1989.

) is hereby amended by the substitution for Article 2 of the following Article

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to amend the period of prohibition on fishing for, transhipping, landing or having on board mackeral by Irish sea fishing boats in 1989.
