1. This Order may be cited as the Saithe (Prohibition of Fishing) Order, 1989 (Revocation) Order, 1989.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of November, 1989.

3. The Saithe (Prohibition of Fishing) Order, 1989 (

), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order revokes the Saithe (Prohibition of Fishing) Order, 1989 (

S.I. No. 255 of 1989

) which prohibited fishing for, having on board, landing or transhipping saithe in ICES Sub-area VI.

The Order comes into effect on 30th November 1989.
