1. These Regulations may be cited as the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1989.

2. The Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1986 (

S.I. No. 425 of 1986

), as amended by the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1988 (

S.I. No. 125 of 1988

), are hereby amended with effect from the 1st day of January, 1989

(

a

) by the substitution in Regulation 12 (2) (

a

) of "£101.72" for "£99.24" and of "£45.24" for "£44.14", and

(

b

) by the substitution in Regulation 14 of "£26.37" for "£25.73".
