1. This Order may be cited as the Ringaskiddy Free Port (Control and Management) Order, 1989.

2. Patrick J. Keenan of "Glenkeen", Clogheen, Blarney Road, in the County of Cork, is hereby designated for the purposes of

section 3

of the

Free Ports Act, 1986

(No. 6 of 1986), in relation to the free port established by the Ringaskiddy Free Port (Establishment) Order, 1988 (

).
