S.I. No. 201/1989 - Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1989.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1989.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1989.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under—

(

a

) the

Whale Fisheries Act, 1937

(No. 4 of 1937), and

(

b

) the

Wildlife Act, 1976

(No. 39 of 1976),

are hereby delegated to Brendan Daly, Minister of State at the Department of Finance.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order formally delegates to Brendan Daly, TD, Minister of State at the Department of Finance, the powers and duties of the Minister under the Acts specified in the Order.
