1. This Order may be cited as the

2. The

Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987

(No. 31 of 1987) shall come into operation on the 25th day of January, 1988.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 5th day of January, 1988.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to bring the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act. 1987 into operation with effect from 25th January, 1988.
