1. These Regulations may be cited as the Farm Tax Tribunal (Establishment Date) Regulations, 1987.

2. The sixth day of February, 1987, is hereby prescribed as the date on which the Farm Tax Tribunal shall be established by virtue of

section 8

of the

Farm Tax Act, 1985

(No. 17 of 1985).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
