1. This Order may be cited as the

Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987

(Section 4) (Commencement) Order, 1987.

2. The 3rd day of November, 1987, is hereby appointed as the day on which

section 4

of the

Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987

(No. 9 of 1987), shall come into operation.

section 4

(2) of the

Gas (Amendment) Act, 1987

(No. 9 of 1987), hereby order as follows
