1. This Order may be cited as the Transport (Re-Organisation of Córas Iompair Éireann) Act, 1986 (Vesting Day) Order, 1987.

2. The 2nd day of February, 1987, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for each of the companies formed and registered under the Companies Acts pursuant to

section 6

(1) of the

Transport (Re-Organisation of Córas Iompair Éireann) Act, 1986

, namely, Iarnród Éireann — Irish Rail, Bus Éireann — Irish Bus and Bus Átha Cliath — Dublin Bus.
