1. This Order may be cited as the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987

(Commencement) Order, 1987.

ISB SI

2. The 29th day of July, 1987, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987

, (No. 17 of 1987) ( other than section 4 and, in so far as it relates to

section 21

of the

National Monuments Act, 1930

(No. 2 of 1930), and

section 15

of the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1954

(No. 37 of 1954), section 26), shall come into operation.
