1. This Order may be cited as the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(Sale of Milk in Urban District of Cashel) Order, 1987.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. On and after the 1st day of August, 1987 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Urban District of Cashel unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of

section 33

of the

Milk and Dairies Act, 1935

(No. 22 of 1935), as adapted by article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), hereby orders as follows
