2. The Sea Fisheries (Control of Catches) Order, 1985 (

), is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition (as substituted by the Sea Fisheries (Control of Catches) Order, 1985 (Amendment) Order, 1986 (

)) in Article 2 of the "the Council Regulation" of the following definition

" 'the Council Regulation' means Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2057/82 of 29 June, 1982
