1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act, 1987.

(2) The Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979, and this Act may be cited together as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts, 1979 and 1987.

2.—Section 23 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979, is hereby amended by the subsitution in subsection (4) of “£60,000,000” for “£50,000,000” and the said subsection, as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section.

(4) The aggregate at any one time of sums advanced under this section and not repaid shall not exceed £60,000,000.
