1. This Order may be cited as the

(Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1986.

2. The 23rd day of December, 1986, is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 11

of the

Road Transport Act, 1986

, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation
