S.I. No. 435/1986 - Tour Operators (Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Tour Operators (licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986.

(2) The collective citation "the Tour Operators (Licensing) Regulations, 1983 to 1986" shall include these Regulations.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 19th day of December, 1986.

3. The Tour Operators (Licensing) Regulations, 1983 (

S.I. No. 100 of 1983

), as amended by the Tour Operators (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 (

S.I. No. 215 of 1986

), are hereby amended by the substitution, in paragraph 6 of the General Conditions in the Second Schedule, of "regulations made under the said Act" for "the Travellers' Protection Fund Regulations, 1984 (

S.I. No. 139 of 1984

)".
