S.I. No. 413/1986 - Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) (No. 2) Regulations, 1986.

(2) The collective citation "the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Regulations, 1964 to 1986" shall include these Regulations.

2. The organisation set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby designated as an approved organisation for the purposes of

section 4

of the

Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963

(No. 24 of 1963).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Section 4

of the

Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963

, provides for the transfer of pensionable service in the case of staff transfers between the Civil Service and "approved organisations" and between one "approved organisation" and an other. These regulations designate the organisation set out in the schedule as an "approved organisation".
