1. This Order may be cited as the Aquaculture (Clifden Bay, Mannin Bay) Order, 1986.

2. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby designated to be an area which it shall be lawful to engage in aquaculture pursuant to and in accordance with a licence granted under

section 54

of the

Fisheries Act, 1980

(No. 1 of 1980).

SCHEDULE

All that area of Clifden Bay and Mannin Bay and adjoining waters which is bordered by the high water mark and enclosed by a line drawn in a south-westerly direction from the most westerly point of the high water mark of the townland of Ballinaleama, barony of Ballynahinch, county of Galway, to the most westerly point of the high water mark of Illaunamid, barony of Ballynahinch, county of Galway, and thence continuing in a northerly direction to the most westerly point of the high water mark of High Island, barony of Ballynahinch, county of Galway, and thence continuing in an easterly direction to the most westerly point of the high water mark of the townland of Gannoughs, barony of Ballynahinch, county of Galway.

section 54
