1. This Order may be cited as the Aquaculture (Mulroy Bay) Order, 1986.

2. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby designated to be an area within which it shall be lawful to engage in aquaculture pursuant to and in accordance with a licence granted under

section 54

of the

Fisheries Act, 1980

(No. 1 of 1980).

SCHEDULE

All that area of Mulroy Bay and adjoining waters which is bordered by the high water mark and which lies south of a line drawn from the most northerly point of high water mark at Melmore Head in the townland of Melmore, County of Donegal, to the most northerly point of the high water mark of the townland of Ballyhoorisky, County of Donegal.

section 54

of the

Fisheries Act, 1980

(No. 40 of 1983), and by the Fisheries (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1977 (
