EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order amends the District Court (Fees) Order, 1985 (
S.I. No. 38 of 1985
) by the substitution of a new Schedule for the Schedule thereto and thereby increases, as from 1st December, 1986, the fees to be charged in District Court Offices.
This Order also amends the District Court (Fees) Order, 1984 (
S.I. No. 21 of 1984
).
