1. These Regulations may be cited as the Farm Tax (Fees) Regulations, 1986.

2. The fee payable to the Farm Tax Commissioner in respect of appeals under

section 6

of the

Farm Tax Act, 1985

, and applications under section 7 of that Act shall be £70.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations provide that a fee of £70 shall be payable to the Farm Tax Commissioner in respect of appeals and applications for revision on foot of assessments made under the

Farm Tax Act, 1985
