1. This Order may be cited as the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

(Designated Areas) Order, 1986.

2. Each of the areas described in Parts III, IV, V, VI and VII of the Fourth Schedule to the

Finance Act, 1986

(No. 13 of 1986) is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

.
