S.I. No. 230/1986 - Exchange Control Regulations, 1986.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control Regulations, 1986.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 7th day of July 1986.

(3) The Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1983, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1986.

2. Industrial Credit Corporation, public limited company, 32-34 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, is hereby appointed to be an authorised dealer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 by appointing Industrial Credit Corporation, public limited company of 32-34 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, to be an authorised dealer for the purpose of the Exchange Control Acts.
