S.I. No. 172/1986 - Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendments) Regulations, 1986.

2. Sub-article (1) of article 4 of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations, 1979 (

S.I. No. 164 of 1979

), as amended by the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985 (

S.I. No. 29 of 1985

), is hereby amended by the substitution in sub-paragraph (a) of "£105" for "£60", in sub-paragraph (b) of "£70" for "£40", in sub-paragraph (c) of "£70" for "£40", in sub-paragraph (d) of "£35" for "£20", in sub-paragraph (e) of "£18" or "£10", and in sub-paragraph (f) of "£35" for "£20".

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1986.
