1. This Order may be cited as the
Trade Union Act, 1941
(Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 23) Order, 1986.
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 11th day of June, 1986.
3. The negotiation licence granted to The Amalgamated Society of Lithographic Printers and Auxiliaries thereto of Great Britain and Ireland on the 19th day of December, 1942 is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to The Amalgamated Society of Lithographic Printers and Auxiliaries thereto of Great Britain and Ireland as the union has ceased to exist.

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by
section 17
of the
Trade Union Act, 1941
(No. 22 of 1941), and the Labour (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1966 (
S.I. No. 164 of 1966
), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows
