1. This Order may be cited as the

Gas Regulation Act, 1982

(Section 7) Order, 1986.

2. Sections 316 and 323 of the Companies Acts 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), are hereby applied to or in respect of the receiver of the property of Dublin Gas Company or as respects assets coming into the hands of that receiver.
