1. This Order may be cited as the Herring (Prohibition on Fishing in the Celtic Sea) (No. 2) Order, 1985 (Revocation) Order, 1986.
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of January, 1986.
3. The Herring (Prohibition on Fishing in the Celtic Sea) (No. 2) Order, 1985 (

) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The effect of this Order is to permit fishing for herring in the Celtic Sea by vessels in possession of a valid licence issued by the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry, from
6th January, 1986
until further notice.
