1. This Order may be cited as the

National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979

(Designation of Institutions) (No. 2) Order, 1985.

NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL AWARDS ACT, 1979 (DESIGNATION OF INSTITUTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1985.

I, GEMMA HUSSEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 20

of the

National Council for Educational Awards Act, 1979

(No. 30 of 1979), with the concurrence of the Minister for the Public Service and after consultation with the National Council for Educational Awards and with the Minister for Finance (being a Minister of the Government whom the Minister for Education considers to be concerned), hereby make the following Order
