1. This Order may be cited as the

Dentists Act, 1985

(Establishment Day) Order, 1985.

2. The 13th day of November, 1985 shall be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Dentists Act, 1985

.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this order is to specify the 13th November, 1985 as the date on which the Dental Council will be established in accordance with the terms of the
