S.I. No. 29/1985 - Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1985.

2. Sub-article (1) of article 4 of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations, 1979 (

S.I. No. 164 of 1979

) is hereby amended by the substitution in sub-paragraph (

a

) of "£60" for "£30", in sub-paragraph (

b

) of "£40" for "£20", in sub-paragraph (

c

) of "£40 for "£20", in sub-paragraph (

d

) of "£20" for "£10", in sub-paragraph (

e

) of "£10" for "£5", and in sub-paragraph (

f

) of "£20" for "£10".

3. These Regulations shall come into effect on the 1st day of March, 1985.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

Misuse of Drugs Act, 1977

(No. 12 of 1977), hereby makes the following Regulations:—
