S.I. No. 243/1985 - Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Order, 1985.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Order, 1985.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1985.

2. Articles 22.2 and 22.5 (

b

) of the Protocol amending the Eurocontrol International Convention relating to Co-operation for the Safety of Air Navigation of the 13th day of December, 1980, done at Brussels on the 12th day of February, 1981 shall have the force of law in the State.
