S.I. No. 227/1985 - Destructive Insects and Pests (Ireland) Order, 1922 (Amendment) Order, 1985.

1. This Order may be cited as the Destructive Insects and Pests (Ireland) Order, 1922 (Amendment) Order, 1985.

2. The Destructive Insects and Pests (Ireland) Order, 1922, shall be construed and have effect as if the following were inserted in the second schedule

"Bacteria and Other Vegetable or Animal Organisms Causative of a Transmissible Crop Disease.

Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends the list of diseases covered in the Second Schedule of the main Order to include Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid.
