1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 (Commencement) Order, 1985.

2. The

Criminal Justice Act, 1984

, other than sections 4 to 6, 8 to 10, 15, 16, 18 and 19, shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1985.
