1. This Order may be cited as the

Gas Regulation Act, 1982

(Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1985.

2. It is hereby declared that

Section 204

of the

Companies Act, 1963

(No. 33 of 1963), applies in a case where a transferor company (within the meaning of that Section) is an undertaker within the meaning of the

Gas Regulation Act, 1982

(No. 16 of 1982).
