1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Disqualification of Officers and Servants) Order, 1985.
2. Rule 8 of the Second Schedule of the
Health Act, 1970
shall not apply to any class of officer or servant under health boards, other than the following classes of officer:—
Chief Executive Officer
Programme Manager
Finance Officer
Personnel Officer
Planning and Evaluation Officer
Management Service Officer
Technical Services Officer.
3. The Health (Disqualification of Officers and Servants) Order, 1971 (
S.I. No. 289 of 1971
) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
The effect of this Order is to add Management Services Officer and Technical Services Officer to the list of officers of a health board excluded from being members of the health board.
