S.I. No. 145/1985 - Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1985.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1985.

2. Article 3 of the Health Services (No. 2) Regulations, 1983 (

S.I. No. 139 of 1983

) (as amended by Article 2 of the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations, 1984 (

S.I. No. 123 of 1984

)) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£13,500" for "£12,500" in sub-article (2) (

a

).

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1985.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Health Services (No. 2) Regulations, 1983 by raising the income ceiling from £12,500 to £13,500 which limits the extent to which services provide under

are available to certain persons.
